Soon after, she finds herself trapped in the rigid confines of traditional gender roles, expected to prioritize household duties over her passion. As she fights for self-expression and autonomy, the film sheds light on deep-seated patriarchal norms and the resilience of women navigating them.

Sanya Malhotra delivers an emotionally intense performance, earning the Best Actress award at the 2024 New York Indian Film Festival. Director Aarti Kadav's storytelling, complemented by Pratham Mehta’s cinematography and Prerna Saigal’s editing, beautifully captures the protagonist’s internal struggle.
